Butler.com delivers throughout the Brandon, Valrico,
Riverview, Seffner, FishHawk, Dover,
Apollo Beach, and Ruskin areas. We
are currently serving many homes, businesses, and
hotels within zip codes: 33511, 33510, 33594, 33596, 33547 ,
33569, 33578 (East of I-75), 33579, 33584, 33570 (North of
College Blvd), 33572 and 33619 (Hotel/Business only). Some
limitations apply as we attempt to provide the best level of
service possible. We look to expand our service areas and
times shortly.

for?
Simply enter your zip code
and the restaurants available to your area will show in
White. Those closed will be in Black. Our goal is to
offer great variety and value and we are willing to partner
with any restaurant that offers both to our
customers.
What if I
don't see my favorite restaurant(s)
?
Contact us and we will follow
up on your behalf. Feel free to let the restaurant owners and
management know about us too. Almost any cuisine works
well with our proven business model as we all win by providing
choices.
How long
does it take for delivery?
Delivery times
vary based on
restaurant cook times, location, weather, and time of
day. You can anticipate between 45 minutes and an hour for deliveries
and we will attempt to notify you
of exceptions. Our online system allows you to
schedule your order and we recommend that large orders be
placed in advance .
What is the delivery charge and food order
minimum?
There is a $3.99 delivery charge
for Online Orders. Call-ins have a $4.99 charge. This charge
applies to each restaurant selected. There is a $15.00 minimum food total for all
orders.
What are my
payment options?
Residential/Hotel: Cash,
Credit Card, and Gift Certificates.
Corporate:
Cash, Credit Card, Company Check (company check address must
match delivery address) and Gift Certificates. We accept
Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. Please be
prepared to show our Mobile Waiters your credit card and
picture ID to protect your security. Note that our Mobile
Waiters carry limited cash.
Can I order from multiple restaurants?
Yes, you can order from multiple restaurants, but we do
require that you meet the $15.00 minimum order and pay the
$3.99/$4.99 delivery fee for each restaurant. Please note that our
dispatcher may use multiple drivers to get the freshest food
to you so your order may arrive in phases. Remember to
tip your mobile waiters !
Can I order from a restaurant outside
my delivery zone?
Delivery zones are limited to
ensure that your order is delivered in a timely manner and
will arrive hot, fresh and delicious. Catering or larger
orders placed in advance may be available for
restaurants outside the delivery area for an additional fee.

Can I cancel my
order?
All sales are final.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed with the
restaurant. If you need to cancel or make changes to an
advanced order, call 813-643-FOOD (3663)
promptly and we will assist you.
Is gratuity for the driver included in
my order?
No, a gratuity is not included
for orders less than $50.00. The TakeOut Butler suggests
tipping the Mobile Waiter as you would a helpful server in a
restaurant. They are working hard to offer a service level
that we hope differentiates us from "the typical
pizza guy." Orders over $75 are subject to a 15%
gratuity.
Is my
restaurant coupon valid to use with the TakeOut
Butler's service?
No. Only TakeOut Butler coupons are valid with our
delivery orders. We suggest that you use those coupons
when you visit our terrific restaurant partners for dine in
occasions. Watch the website and your mailbox for
our special offers!
How do I add a special request?
For Online orders, when you choose an item you need
to click "edit" or "customize item" then type in your special
request. Charges may occur for "extras" based on the
discretion of the restaurant. For Call-in orders,
please let us know what you need and we will communicate with
the restaurant on your behalf.
What if I am not satisfied with my
meal?
Call TakeOut Butler at
813-643-FOOD (3663) and let us know your concerns. We
value your business and our restaurant partner
relationships. Note that our Mobile waiters CAN NOT open
packaging to verify the accuracy or preparation of your meal.
It is the ultimate responsibility of the restaurant to prepare
and package meals according to your order. Rest assured, we
will work to mediate a solution that leaves a "good taste
in your mouth."
